And no other sector carries as much variation in its Information-layer signal — because every animal is a different system, and what that system expressed in its life transmits into the system that receives it.
This is the insight that separates the framework's reading of Meat from the conventional one. The conventional model reads meat as protein. The framework reads it as protein plus signal plus state — and recognizes that the signal varies as dramatically as the animal does. A man eating bison is not eating the same input as a man eating factory-farmed chicken, even if the macros align. The substance is similar. The signal is not.
